We are seeking a highly skilled Index Product Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of our flagship indices, factors, and sustainability offering. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our indexing strategy in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead product narratives and strategies to drive growth and adoption of our index capabilities
- Develop commercial product strategy, including product positioning, indexing capabilities, and value proposition
- Produce competitive analyses, sales talking points, and responses to client questions
- Lead thought leadership and content initiatives to produce regular product insights
- Execute client segment product and go-to-market strategy
- Develop and execute overall index product roadmap
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- At least 10 years of financial market experience with index exposure
- Knowledge of portfolio management and risk methodologies
- Ability to lead, work in cross-functional environments, and be a team player
- Strong passion for index/investment management and empathy for revenue and growth
