Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program materials and documents to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver engaging daily curriculum to promote academic and social growth in children
  • Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
  • Meet regularly with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, and Food Handlers Card
