Compensation

It is important to note that this role is compensated through tips, and the stated hourly wage does not reflect potential earnings from gratuities.

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings, noting essential service information
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef, kitchen staff, and servers to ensure timely food preparation and delivery; assist in dish assembly as needed
  • Perform any necessary table-side service, which may involve taking and delivering orders and explaining menu items to guests
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods; be able to identify items by appearance
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • No high school diploma or GED necessary
Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions; may involve navigating stairs
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds for setup, service, and cleanup
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for taking orders and preparing checks
