Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is in search of a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual to become part of our dynamic, patient-centered team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and enjoy engaging with individuals, we invite you to consider the role of a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography, available for flexible shifts as required, primarily during daytime hours with some evening availability until 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program.
Licensure/Certification:

Must possess certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain a current valid registration. Additionally, an advanced registration in Mammography through ARRT is required. Compliance with state licensure requirements is also necessary. BLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in operating Mammography equipment and related ancillary devices.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of providing accurate and concise documentation.
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, radiopharmacology, and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including information and billing systems, data entry, digital archiving, and data retrieval.
