Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational activities, managing personnel, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a designated area. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the assigned region.
  • Act as the primary contact for drivers regarding organizational policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Create and manage driver schedules.
  • Recruit and onboard drivers and owner-operators.
  • Engage with clients to foster growth and strengthen relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company values.
  • Support and guide other managers in their roles.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the transportation industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
