## Behavioral Health Technician Role

At Sevita, we believe every person has the right to live well. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children, individuals, and families achieve their full potential.

### Key Responsibilities

* Work one-on-one with children with behavioral diagnoses such as ADHD and Autism in home, community, and school settings
* Provide support and guidance to families, involving them in the therapeutic process
* Deliver therapeutic supervision to youth and families during treatment and educational activities
* Assist in the management of aggressive behaviors using de-escalation and behavior management techniques
* Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members

### Qualifications

* High School Diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience working or volunteering with children
* Applied Behavior Analysis experience preferred
* RBT, BCaBA, or Brief Cognitive Assessment Tool (BCAT) certification a plus
