We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager to oversee a skilled team of 6 in optimizing and maintaining operational effectiveness.

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Flexible 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview:
  • This role requires supervising and collaborating with the maintenance team to perform hands-on repairs and develop as well as implement maintenance protocols, including preventive measures.
  • The ideal candidate will conduct performance evaluations, participate in interviews, and manage the hiring and termination processes within the maintenance division.
  • A solid understanding of Lean methodologies is highly desirable.
  • You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team of 6 individuals.
  • This position entails a balance of 50% management duties and 50% hands-on involvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Capability to lead and work alongside the team
Work Environment Details:
  • The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM with flexibility.
  • No tools are necessary, but steel-toed footwear is required.
  • The Facilities Operations Manager will report directly to the company's director and collaborate closely with key leadership personnel.
