We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Assets Protection, Loss Prevention, or a related field. You should have a proven track record of leading teams and managing security operations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Assets Protection/Loss Prevention experience and/or retail or warehouse experience
- Strong critical thinking, reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
