Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to the team, utilizing best practices and strategies to ensure effective clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and other licensed professionals to ensure that clinical interventions are stage-based and tied directly to the recovery plans of individuals receiving services.
- Assess and provide direct service to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness enrolled in the PACT Program.
- Work closely with the PACT Team Leader and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related area required.
- 2 years' post-Bachelor's experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Competitive salary range: $50,500 - $54,500.
