About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, working closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Conduct patient observations and monitor vital signs, working closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes, aligning with DaVita's commitment to clinical leadership.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program.
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology is preferred, but not required. We offer excellent training for the right candidate.
