Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our engineering team in driving innovation and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing technical roadmaps that deliver high-quality products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive project dependencies and negotiate delivery dates with stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of engineers focused on building scalable, secure, and reliable cluster management platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of team strategies and platforms, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, presenting actionable solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of requirements and design choices, ensuring alignment across multiple areas.
  • Report progress and present metrics-driven insights to inform product and project decisions.
  • Lead performance evaluations and initiate development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a culture of trust, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Cultivate relationships with team members to support an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and manage team budgets, providing regular updates and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of coding experience and 5+ years of leading teams.
  • Significant experience building scalable, fault-tolerant, and robust products and platforms.
  • Demonstrated conflict management, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn complex concepts.
  • Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end functional testing.
Qualifications
  • Software and system design knowledge, cloud computing technologies, and container management.
  • Development experience in Kubernetes, Linux, Virtual Machines, Docker, and Cluster Management.
  • Knowledge of API, Microservices, network, and security architectures.
  • Fluency in modern languages like Python, Java, Go, and experience with open-source software.
Salary

$130,000 - $300,000 per year. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, location, and qualifications.
