- Organize and coordinate the activities of the department through the appropriate assignment of responsibilities, delegation of authority, and overall direction of workflow processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the activities of department personnel, providing management coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training and retraining as necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are followed and quality control tests are performed as required.
- Communicate with administration, medical staff, employees, and other departments to coordinate efforts, meet special needs, and address problems or concerns.
- FL RN License
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Minimum Two (2) years' experience in an acute care setting
