Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach independent agents to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Sales Presentations and Agent Development
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to new and existing customers.
  • Field train and develop assigned independent agents to enhance their sales skills.

Meetings and Other Responsibilities
  • Regularly meet with assigned agents to discuss sales performance and provide feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
