We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to provide clinical services to children aged 2-6 with mental health diagnoses in our preschool day treatment program and/or outpatient skills services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day treatment skills training for preschool-aged children
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Offer outpatient skills services as needed
  • Collaborate with Mental Health Technicians to provide direction and support
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs is highly preferred
  • Ability to observe and document child behavior accurately
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Computer proficiency, including Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
