About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista at AEG. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Sales: Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager regarding low stock items.
  • Customer Service: Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
  • Coffee Preparation: Produce and serve coffee beverages to our guests.
  • Food Service: Serve customers grab-and-go items such as baked goods and pizza.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Age: Must be 18 or over.
  • Experience: Past barista experience preferred.
  • Cash Handling: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with coworkers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
