About the Job

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our doctors with orthodontic treatment. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a busy environment, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.

Responsibilities
  • Take complete records, including digital scans, diagnostic x-rays, and photos
  • Educate patients on oral healthcare and appliances
  • Accurately chart and document patient information, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Stock drawers, clean, set up/break down patient chairs daily
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of ortho assisting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
