About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our doctors with orthodontic treatment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist doctors with orthodontic treatment, including taking records and preparing patients for exams
  • Educate patients on oral healthcare and answer questions about their treatment
  • Accurately chart and document patient information, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Participate in continuing education events and morning huddles to stay up-to-date on best practices and company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of ortho assisting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
