Mortgage Operations Associate

Contract Type: Contract

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, US

Compensation: $28.00 Per Hour

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Mortgage Operations Associate to join our team at Collabera. This role involves a significant amount of training in the initial phase, followed by high-volume processing for loan index conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in extensive training during the first two months, transitioning to a focus on high production volume.
  • Manage the movement of loans within the system, requiring strong DE skills.
  • Utilize strong mathematical abilities to ensure accuracy.
  • Effectively navigate various computer systems and software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel from previous roles.
  • Possess a four-year college degree with a focus on accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Exhibit the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Loan IQ.
  • Background in commercial loans.
  • Familiarity with operations.
  • Knowledge of credit and audits.
