Product Development Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our engineering team in the development of innovative HVAC products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with experience in product development and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new and revised HVAC products
* Collaborate with product development teams to design and develop innovative products
* Develop and implement product quality plans to ensure high-quality products
* Work with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve product issues
* Provide technical support to production, sales, and customer service teams
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in product development and project management
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and product development processes
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
