Production Training Specialist

The Production Trainer is a key member of our team, responsible for providing hands-on training to employees on all functional aspects of their position. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to promote a team effort to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, providing guidance and feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or training and development.
- At least 2 years of experience in a training or development role, preferably in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
