We are seeking an experienced and imaginative Visual Design Specialist to join our innovative team at LightFeather IO LLC. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

This is a Full Time, Remote Position with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's identity and delivering impactful designs for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and execute visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums, ensuring alignment with project objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive design solutions that align with strategic goals and drive brand engagement.
  • Uphold and enhance brand identity by adhering to established guidelines while infusing innovative and fresh design perspectives across all deliverables.
  • Prepare, optimize, and deliver production-ready assets for print and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy in file formats, resolution, and specifications.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices, integrating insights to keep designs modern and impactful.
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion by setting priorities, adhering to deadlines, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
