Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor's orders.
- Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
- Document patient complaint, vital signs, current medication, and allergies thoroughly and accurately.
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training of family members as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of accredited program.
- Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state of Georgia.
- At least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and computers.
- Flexible schedule.

- Long-term care.
- High school or equivalent (Required).
