Seamless Cancer Care Experience
Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a skilled Medical Oncology & Hematology Physician to join our team in Everett, WA. Our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services has earned us a top-ranked comprehensive cancer care program, COC accredited and ASCO QOPI certified.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in surgical oncology, radiation oncology, integrative medicine, naturopathic oncology, psychology, patient support/social worker, and nutritionist service.
- Pursue active research programs, with opportunities to be Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator of clinical trials.
- Lead dedicated tumor board meetings for multiple cancer types (GI/GU, liver cancer, breast, lung, neuro-oncology, hematologic malignancies).
- Leverage cutting-edge technology and diagnostics, including onsite PET scan offering PSMA PET, FES PET, and conventional PET/CT scans.
- Develop expertise in excellent inpatient oncology floors, capable of inpatient induction chemotherapy for AML, ALL, aggressive lymphomas.
- Foster close working relationships with university and academic centers, including faculty position with the Washington State University Medical College Residency program, precepting residents and medical students.
- Enjoy full infusion service, including conventional chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and oral chemo dispensary.
- Participate in survivorship and palliative care programs.
You Will Enjoy:
- A starting bonus of $40,000.
- A competitive base salary + robust incentives, productivity-based salary after first year.

We Offer:
- $344,700 - $559,400 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
