Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork, reports, and customer service.
  • Assist with operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and facilities maintenance.

  • Implement strategic plans and goals aligned with the center's mission.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a childhood setting.
  • Ability to work well with others, children, and parents.
  • Understanding of step-up-to-quality, child development, and budgeting skills.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Background check.
Nice to Have
