- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a childhood setting.
- Ability to work well with others, children, and parents.
- Understanding of step-up-to-quality, child development, and budgeting skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid Certification.

- CDA (Child Development Associate) certification.
- Degree in early childhood education.
