National Account Manager, Club Sales Professional

Job Summary:
The National Account Manager will be a key contributor to the Club Sales team at OFI, driving business growth and establishing strategic relationships with customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the club channel and the ability to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Olde Thompson and regional brands within the club channel on a direct basis.
- Develop a strategic plan to drive new growth, deepen customer relationships, and improve P&L performance.
- Evaluate, build, and execute regional branded promotional programs to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the commercialization team to deliver on-time and accurate product launches.
- Forecast regional, branded sku's and manage the North America regions for the branded skus.
Requirements:
- Seven (7) years of prior National Account Sales and account management experience.
- At least seven (7) years retail branded experience; 3+ years of directly calling on the club channel is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and deliver a strategic account plan.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use appropriate strategies to address areas of concern.
- Impactful communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information and ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to build and foster influential customer and internal stakeholder relationships.
