Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fence Installation Team Lead to join our team at Superior Fence and Rail of Akron. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of fences and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of fences, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to installation crew members, promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that all installations meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our installations meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of installation activities, including site reports and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in fence installation, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
