**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively lead the theatre team to achieve business objectives
  • Uphold and administer all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure cash management policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Control concession inventory shortages and spoilage levels
  • Monitor janitorial staff to ensure facility cleanliness
  • Supervise all staff positions, including projection and audio-visual equipment maintenance
  • Control costs, including direct operating expenses and inventory management
  • Supervise theatre maintenance, including minor repairs and hiring qualified personnel
  • Monitor risk management, including guest and employee safety, loss prevention, and emergency situations
  • Provide excellent guest relations, marketing, and promotions of feature film engagements
  • Count, deposit, and reconcile all receipts taken in during a business day

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of post-secondary education in Business or two years of management or supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of all systems within the facility, including booth and projection technology
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
