As a Risk Mitigation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace at Compu Dynamics, North America's premier technology infrastructure design-build partner.

The estimated salary for this role is $35-$43 USD per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to prevent injuries and illnesses.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track safety performance and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in safety and risk management.">

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A High School diploma and/or equivalent of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in safety, risk management, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30, CSP, or CHSP.
