About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Behavior Technician to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.

As a bilingual professional, you will deliver therapy in both English and Spanish, supporting our diverse client base and fostering strong relationships with families. Your expertise in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy principles will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care.
  • Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
  • Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
  • Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
  • Ability to work on a team.
