  • Facilitating effective communication with team members and leadership
  • Tracking and organizing essential documentation
  • Delivering clerical and administrative assistance

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Familiarity with Human Resource generalist principles
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and HRIS systems
