As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients. This includes bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other essential tasks as directed by the care plan. With a strong focus on customer service and teamwork, the ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

A high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a State-approved CNA program, and current registration/licensure in applicable States are required. One year of skilled nursing experience is preferred, along with CPR certification upon hire or during orientation. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
