Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Process Assistant to join our team. As a Process Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring employee productivity is maximized and customer engagement is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support, mentor, and motivate others to achieve exceptional customer service
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
  • Able to lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others
  • 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail)
  • Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement
What We Offer

Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $31,200/year to $54,600/year, depending on location. We also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
