Kentucky Medication Aide

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kentucky Medication Aide to join our team. As a Kentucky Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct resident care services, including medication distribution and administration.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, weights, and blood sugars, as assigned.
- Participate in interdisciplinary resident care meetings to ensure comprehensive care planning.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Current state certification as a Kentucky Medication Aide.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
- At least one year of related work experience in senior care preferred.
