About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team at Unlimit Ventures. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in the development and launch of new products, working closely with engineering teams to define and prioritize product features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Operate within the Agile framework to help define and oversee the daily tasks of technical contributors, ensuring the broader team is actively working toward established milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Lead regular technical team discussions to determine progress and help guide the team to resolve any open questions or challenges.
  • Project Management: Work with project teams to define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities to help optimize for successful project execution.
  • Scope Management: Manage ongoing project scope, budget, and deliverables, and provide internal and external stakeholder updates.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit when making large purchases.
  • Team Motivation: Lead and motivate diverse product development teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (technical degree preferred or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on engineering/product development experience, 3+ years' experience in bringing products to market as a project leader.
  • Skills: Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods, strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and achieving desired project outcomes, and the ability to lead teams effectively regardless of reporting structure.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience managing a multi-product portfolio, driving cohesive and integrated product roadmaps across the product portfolio, experience discovering and executing product-market fit, articulating value propositions, and driving competitive differentiation.
