Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Ma Labs, Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team. As a key contributor to our success, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and clients to provide tailored server hardware solutions that meet their needs.
  • Configure server components and build-of-materials (BOMs) to ensure server computability and stability.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient supply chain management system through the selection, qualification, and ongoing management of suppliers.
  • Analyze technical data and product specifications to forecast immediate and future needs, and formulate procurement strategies.
  • Conduct research and analyze costs to inform procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate with vendors, customers, and management to secure pricing and availability.
  • Monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality, and performance using our internal ERP system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the PC industry.
  • Expert knowledge of server products and system integration.
  • Previous purchasing or sales experience in the PC industry is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Exceptional organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
