About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our innovative team at Ready Inc.

As a key member of our product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our products and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize product initiatives and ensure they contribute to the company's overall growth.
  • Leverage your technical background to deeply understand the complexities of our products, including architecture, development processes, and technical constraints.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user needs and feedback drive product decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally at the mid to senior level.
  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful product roadmaps.
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
