Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000.00/year

Position Overview:
Join Tier1usa as a Pediatric Speech Therapy Specialist, where we are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for children with autism and their families. Our mission is to provide transformative services that empower children to flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Function as an on-site Speech Therapy Specialist for children aged 2-6 in a clinic-based environment.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate treatment strategies.
- Design and implement communication interventions, including the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools.
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including joint sessions with the occupational therapy team.
- Track client progress, revise treatment plans, and effectively communicate updates to team members and families.
- Engage with families to establish goals, foster relationships, and guide them through their journey.

Qualifications:
- A passion for contributing to an organization that is elevating autism therapy standards.
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice speech-language pathology.
- Preference for candidates with over 3 years of experience, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience with AAC is advantageous, but we welcome those eager to learn from our expert clinical teams.
- Strong ability to connect with and engage young children.
