Role Summary:

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work closely with children with autism and their families to provide life-shaping services and support their development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists)
Develop and implement communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication
Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families
Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
License to practice speech pathology
3+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a preference for experience working with children with autism
Ability to connect and engage with young children
