Job Title: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

BloomKidz is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality-of-life and wellness trajectory for children with different abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct treatment to children and training & assistance to families
  • Conduct new client assessments and initial treatment planning
  • Create individualized programming including establishing therapeutic goals; monitor and evaluate outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to incorporate evidence-based strategies throughout daily treatment
  • Work side-by-side with management team to develop supplemental services and technology dedicated to raising the standard of care in the pediatric therapy industry
Qualifications:
  • MUST BE LICENSED AS SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct therapy experience
  • Excellent leadership skills with a desire to grow and mentor a team
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to collaborate on a multidisciplinary team
  • Must have reliable transportation for sessions at patients' homes and schools, and possess a clean driving record and proof of automobile insurance
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must acquire certifications in CPR / First Aid
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and provide physically active engagement with children
