Position Details:

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Procurement and Financial Analyst to enhance our finance team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing our procurement operations and budget management.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, budgeting, and bidding to promote financial efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor selection, ensuring cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Analyze and project budget requirements, track budget expenditures, and identify discrepancies to meet financial objectives.
  • Assess vendor bids, proposals, and quotes to secure favorable terms.
  • Conduct cost analysis to pinpoint potential savings and enhance efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to comprehend their procurement needs and budget limitations.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on procurement activities and budget performance to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes to ensure competitive procurement and budgeting strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of experience in procurement and budget analysis, ideally within the finance sector.
  • Expertise in requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, cost analysis, budgeting, and bidding.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data and generate reports.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, along with experience in financial software.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
