Job Overview

Lakeshore Community Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in a unique Baylor-style program. As a DSP, you will work closely with individuals living in community residential homes, providing direct care and instruction in accordance with state, federal, and Agency guidelines.

  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and healthy environment
