About the JobThis Registered Nurse position is available in the Emergency Department at Penn State Health. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification required before orientation completion.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
