We are seeking a skilled Clinical Associate to join our team in the Emergency Department. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact.
Job SummaryThe Clinical Associate will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care to patients, while also assisting with various administrative tasks. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Assist nurses with basic patient care activities, such as vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the preparation of patient rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, push/pull heavy equipment, and stand for long periods.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (EMRs) and telecommunication devices.
