General Surgery Position - Join a Reputable Health System

Permanent Placement Resources, LLC is excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a skilled general surgeon or a recent residency graduate. Candidates must have successfully completed a residency program in General Surgery accredited by the appropriate governing bodies.

Applicants should possess certification from the American Board of Surgery or an equivalent recognized board. Those who are not board certified at the time of application but have completed their residency or fellowship training within the last five years are eligible for consideration. To maintain eligibility, these candidates must achieve board certification in their primary specialty within five years of completing their training and adhere to recertification requirements as mandated by their specialty board.

Reason for Recruitment
Due to community demand and the pursuit of a Level III Trauma Designation, we are seeking two general surgeons to enhance our existing team. This practice focuses on providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient surgical care, along with clinical consultations. The surgeons will be part of a financially robust multispecialty group associated with a premier health system, ensuring a diverse range of surgical cases, including colonoscopies, endoscopies, and other essential procedures. Subspecialty support is readily available if required.
