Della Infotech is seeking an experienced and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in the Operating Room (OR) at our West Branch, MI location. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Anesthetic Evaluation and Preparation: Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic evaluations and prepare patients for anesthesia.
- OR Suite Preparation: Prepare the OR suite for all types of anesthesia procedures.
- Anesthesia Care: Administer, manage, and monitor anesthesia care during induction, maintenance, and emergence.
- Post-Anesthesia Care: Provide post-anesthesia care and evaluation to patients.
- Board Certification: Must be board certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- State License: Must possess a valid State of Michigan CRNA license.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a CRNA role, with expertise in procedures such as spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters, regionals, and blocks.
- Certifications: Must hold current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Competitive Salary: Salary range: $80,000-$140,000.
- Overtime and On-Call Pay: Eligible for overtime and on-call pay.
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
- Relocation Package: Eligible for a generous relocation package.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 23 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 days paid CEU time, and tuition reimbursement.
