Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols while ensuring a clean and secure work environment. Commit to preventing workplace injuries and promoting environmental stewardship.
  • Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hard hats, steel-toed boots, safety goggles, and respirators.
  • Operate manufacturing process control systems and manage operational tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
  • Issue and oversee safe work permits, including hot work and confined space permits.
  • Monitor and document operational conditions while maintaining precise material inventories.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure the production of compliant products.
Benefits of the Position:
  • Competitive starting wage: $18/hour (Night shift: $18.50/hour).
  • Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Wednesday: 12-hour shifts.
    • Thursday: 4-hour shift.
    • Shift times: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

  • Generous vacation policy starting at 3 weeks, with additional weeks added after 5 and 10 years of service.
Qualifications:
  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; a two-year associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience in a general industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in solving mathematical problems.
  • Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 55 pounds.
  • Experience operating forklifts or the ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient in computer usage, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and technical documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in chemical handling and processing.
  • HAZMAT training is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP processes.
  • Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping, and basic mechanical systems.
