Maintenance Technician Job Description

LC Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role will involve handling a variety of tasks across multiple properties, providing general maintenance and appliance care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to tenants' requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks, and troubleshooting various appliances.
  • Repair plumbing, electrical, and safety systems in tenants' units as required.
  • Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain property logs and inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with cleaning units during the turnover process.
  • Maintain maintenance department tools, equipment, and facilities.
