Building Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Systems Specialist to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the electrical and mechanical systems at our assigned buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update current CMMS information for all building operating systems.
- Maintain the various building systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety.
- Execute preventive maintenance services for building operating systems and equipment.
- Respond to online service requests and ensure work is performed professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with installations of new and/or replacement equipment as required.
- Review the quality and pricing of work performed by outside contractors.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment.
- Interact with external and internal customers with a positive demeanor and focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Universal CFC certification.
- 4 years of experience in electrical, HVAC trade, including rooftop units and backup systems.
- Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
