Job Title: Building Automation Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems Specialist to support the design, installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement building automation, lighting controls, and video management platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards during installations.
  • Develop customized programs and scripts for automation systems.
  • Configure and integrate devices, sensors, and equipment.
  • Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct periodic inspections, testing, and calibration.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with control systems (e.g., pneumatics, Wattstopper, Siemens).
  • Understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems in commercial buildings.
  • Proficient in programming and troubleshooting automation systems.
  • Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
  • Valid driver's license.
