Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs
  • Provide evidence-based mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

  • Facilitate group and individual treatments using established treatment methods
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans
  • Perform regular wellness checks to ensure client well-being
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
